The founder of Tony's Property Maintenance LLC is a full-time Hillsborough County firefighter. That career trains you on a very specific set of habits — show up on time, do the job the right way, leave the place better than you found it, and don't make excuses. Those are the same habits that make a property-maintenance crew worth hiring.
We started in 2024 as a one-man band working out of a single truck — recurring cleans, turnovers, and small repairs for Tampa property owners who were tired of vendors who didn't pick up the phone. Demand grew fast. Today we service more than two dozen properties across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County, and we're still growing — without cutting corners.
Whether you're a landlord with one rental unit or a property manager running a full portfolio, the bar is the same: arrive when we said we would, work clean, communicate, and stand behind the job.
