What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Tampa Bay — Hillsborough County (Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City), Pinellas County (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin), and Pasco County (Wesley Chapel, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, Zephyrhills). Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Tony's Property Maintenance LLC is fully licensed in Florida and carries general liability insurance. We'll send proof of coverage on request before any work begins.
Do you offer recurring cleaning for rental properties and commercial spaces?
Yes — recurring cleaning is our core service. We run weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly programs for residential homes, commercial offices, retail spaces, rental properties (long-term, short-term, pad splits, and co-living), and entire property portfolios. Property managers across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County rely on us for predictable, scheduled service.
How fast can you get out for a quote?
Most quotes are turned around within 24 hours of your form submission or phone call. For urgent jobs — emergency cleans, tenant move-ins on a deadline, code-violation deadlines, or post-construction punch lists — we can usually quote and schedule same day. What does a post-construction deep clean include?
Full interior cleanup after construction or renovation: dust and debris removal, wipe-down of every surface, scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens, window and glass cleaning, floor mopping and vacuuming, and a final walk-through to verify the property is genuinely move-in ready. We've handled post-construction cleans for new builds and remodels across Tampa, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, and St. Petersburg.
Can you handle small repairs alongside cleaning?
Yes — handyman repairs run alongside our cleaning crews when needed. Drywall touch-ups, fixture replacement, door and lock repairs, minor plumbing and electrical, paint touch-ups, board-ups. If a job needs a specialist we can't safely or legally handle, we'll tell you up front and recommend one.
How does pricing work?
Most jobs are quoted as a flat rate after a free property walk-through or photos sent to us. Recurring rental cleans and ongoing maintenance contracts are quoted on a per-visit rate. No surprise charges — the number you approve is the number you pay.
Do you handle short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb / VRBO)?
Absolutely — STR turnovers are a regular part of our work. Same-day turnovers, linen swaps, restocking, and consistent quality across each guest stay. We work with hosts and property managers throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County to keep listing reviews high.
What are your hours? Do you work weekends?
We're available 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday for scheduled jobs and emergencies. Sunday hours are 9 AM to 1 PM. Quote requests submitted any time are answered within 24 hours.
